GB EP45-UD III CPU board is not functioning properly

I had buy a fresh GB EP45-UD3R ver 1.0, and too with a Kingston 4gb and hyperx ddr2 @ 1066 etc. so just when i begin the Computer i had insert together the stick of memory, that i heard beep sound then the fans is spin roughly, so i assure completely the sticks but one is functioning continuously but other is functioning sometime or sometimes it is not functioning,so please give few advice?

When i am utilizing the similar GBs fans but i unable to search any of the trouble that together the sticks is functioning well, so like advice you so that may be you have trouble on your memory?

I imagine that sound trouble does not have the consequence of the storage i would wish to advice you that just assure one stick at a time and function with Memtest on your RAM and require to follow entire the perfectly direction,so you need to download and function the new edition of Memtest86+ and require to assure the ram first and insert ram on one stick of the storage in one of the slot and require to function memtest for the full 10 cycles. And if you have no fault only go to next one so go by step then rely me that what type of the message did you have confront.

Just i am utilizing a GB EP45-UDIIIR along with 2gb with a setting that is functioning smoothly, that not a single trouble did still have confront,but the second example stick i not tried right now because if i may be put then i unable to boot at all, that another unusual think that i observed if i began once or twice that together the sticks will be set up.

Hi i am assure complete the details and tested with which you said to assure the memory slot is functioning or not that i have assure on my GB EP45-UDIIIR one i tried that i did acquire any of the content but when i am testing the another one i faced that this can be faulty on this sticks,so i think that the whole sticks are not matched so i better if you purchase a ram sticks from the sea sonic,cwt corsair etc this can you may be acquire a excellent one from this company product and would wish to purchase a 650w minimum.
