Destop System with high-end configuration

I am started working in EAI tools.I wanna to buy or assemble a new Destop System with high-end configuration to work on the EAI tools(webMethods, TIBCO, JCAPS etc).Please suggest me the system configuration for the same.(i.e processor,RAM, harddisk, etc).Can anyone suggest me.
