Symptom 11:
When you start the computer in DOS mode, the multifunction keyboard may not function properly. This problem can occur if you connecr the multifunction keyboard to your computer using a USB adapter, but your computer's BIOS does not fully support USB keyboards. Your system BIOS must support USB devices in order for any type of USB keyboard to work in DOS. You should upgrade the system BIOS with a version that supports USB devices. On temporary basis, shut down the Windows and turn off the computer. Disconnect the keyboard from the USB port, and then remove USB adapter. Connect another standard keyboard to the connector at the back of the System Unit and then restart the system normally.
