CPU-Z is freeware tool that collects data on few main devices of system. It doesn’t require to be installed, unzip files in folder and run .exe. To delete program, remove files. Program doesn’t copy file in any Windows folder, nor write to registry.

• Module specification using SPD: vendor, serial number, timings table.
