It is a file unerases and data recovery application that works with hard drives and optical disks, including USB sticks (but not through media cards). It is easy to function, just select the drive and press the scan button, and view the list of files that can be recovered. The application can limit the search to specific file types or extensions, and also offers an alternative to save and restore to/from an image file. Smart Undelete only performs a quick surface scan, and does not have the revival capabilities of more superior tools.
