Balabolka is a Text-To-Speech program. All computer voices installed on your system are useable to Balabolka. The on-screen text can be saved as a WAV, MP3, OGG or WMA file. The program can read the clipboard capacity, opinion the text from DOC, RTF, PDF, ODT, FB2 and HTML files, make font and background colour, control showing from the system tray or by the global hot keys. Balabolka uses several editions of Microsoft Speech API it permits to alter a voice's parameters admitting rate and pitch.
