AVS Audio Recorder is a free audio capture software that allows you to record music, voice or other audio sources in PCM, MP3, ADPCM, WMA. The program allows you to choose and configure the device for recording, specify the sampling rate, add some additional information (title, artist, album, comments), apply effects after recording to improve the quality of the output files and then play files created for quality control.
