The desktop sharing software TeamViewer is available free for home users. This software enables remote control of any Windows computer from anywhere via the Internet. To this end, the program must only be started on both computers. Installations are not required. The special feature: the system also works through firewalls, because the connection automatically using its own TeamViewer router is running, if no direct connection between the two parties is possible.

TeamViewer differs from many previously available, free solutions, which usually can not communicate through firewalls.
