All files hold information on the date they were created, the date of last modification was made and the date you last accessed. These dates can easily modify this program. FileDate is easy to use, just select the file you want to change and new dates you want to. Then, by clicking on the button to perform the operation, the program will make the changes you've chosen and easy.
