Thread: Path to Remove Duplicate Calendar and Contacts from directory List in Office 2010

Currently I am testing to promote my system with the new App, so there I have seen that many of the document there in this Software have the similar directory that were there already available in my System, so the thing that I have appears that there are many of the Duplicate list for the directory arrived there in my PC. So I have only began removing the former directory, but there are few of the directory which were goes wrong to remove or move from the Directory, , so I only acquire puzzled for Deleting the similar directory there from the System, so if you guys have any of the data or any of the views for this thing, then please let me familiar.

There are the particular that I have seen for such terms for there in the Office 2010, or any edition of the Windows Office that there are the present characteristic for the verification for the directory, that if there are few directory that have the similar name for the existing directory than, the content box looks for the substitutes for that existing directory, so you can easy click on the ‘Yes’ key and the existing directory there in the directory list will be informed with the new Folder.

Still I have too facing the similar issue while I am updating one of the Apps there in my System, so I just create the utilize of the Another Folder and I have done the process. So if you are promoting any of the Apps there in the System and acquiring the Directory Exist content or data. Then you can make a fresh Directory and give the way of that newly made folder. So that the substitute and Deletion of the existing directory will be hopped. This is the excellent way to update the system with the fresh Application or the software.

I imagine there are no requirement for removing the existing directory you only substitute that with the fresh folder, that will be useful for the replacement of the unneeded Folder with the fresh Folders.

If you need to remove any of the duplicate contacts or the date or any of the notes from the directory list than you only have to right click over there on that information or the directory with the right click the popup menu will look only beside that directory or the calendar or the information. So from that many you have to create the choice or the click on the Delete option to create the things got rid of from the directory list.
