Patton Electronics offers an NMS/EMS family of product, the FS6300 NMS, essential for managing Patton's ForeFront and other networking products. Scalability within the FS6300 family provides small, cost-effective EMS systems, medium size systems for managing only Patton's manufactured equip¬ment or also equipment by other vendors, and systems within large networks already managed by another manufacturer's NMS. This capability is due to the inclusion of the standards¬based northbound interface (CORBA) for integration to high-level manage¬ment systems.
