Switch to the 'Filter' tab in the 'Profile Setup' window, where the user can dictate which types of files or folders should be synced. Click the appropriate 'Add' button, and enter the name in the dialog box. In the 'Compression' tab, the program can be set to compress files in the Destination directory into ZIP files.

The first thing to do is check the first option 'Compress the files in the destination into a Zip file'. There is also an option to place all the files to be synchronized into a single compressed file rather than the default setting that places each file you sync into its own compressed file, and to password protect the compressed file. Note that the more tasks added to the profile, the slower the sync process. So, when choosing options, there is a trade-off between speed and functionality.
