To make a Sync work in the background simply check the appropriate options in the 'Background' tab. For instance, set the profile to run every thirty minutes, so even if you exit the program the sync process continues to run. To automatically close a program before running a profile, switch to the 'Auto-Close' tab, click the 'Add' button and enter the title of the window that needs to be closed. This title may be only a part of the application window title. If you want to run a program before or after you have synchronized, click on the 'Programs' tab and the Browse folder icon on the right of the 'Run before profile'
