    Default Adjust sound balance

I can hear sound from only my left speaker. I do not know what is causing this to happen. My speakers are not new. I had been using them on another computer before this and they worked perfectly fine. What is the matter with my right speaker?

This is a common problem among many users. There can be only two causes to this, one's a software issue while the other is hardware malfunctioning. Since you are convinced that there is nothing physically wrong with your speakers, the only other problem can be a software issue. Double-click the "Volume" icon on the taskbar. Make sure the balance slider is placed in between the left and right speaker
in all columns, especially "Volume Control" and "Wave".
