To backup data in Wizard mode, undertake the following steps:
1. Open the Backup utility. In welcome dialog box, make sure that Always start in wizard mode option appears selected.
2. Click over the Next button.
3. A Back and Restore Wizard dialog box appears asking for Backup or Restore. Click the radio button besides the Backup files and settings.
4. Click over the Next button.
5. The wizard now asks What to back with four options. First two options let you backup My Documents folder and other settings of currently logged in user or all users. With third option, you can backup entire data on computer along with system recovery disk. The fourth option lets you select files for backup. Let us assume you want to backup a folder only. For this click on the radio button besides the -Let me choose what to back up.option.
6. Click over the Next button.
7. Items to Back Up dialog box appears with hierarchal view of folders. Click over the check box beside folder you want to backup. A tick mark appears.
8. Click over the Next button.
9. A Backup type, Destination and Name dialog box appears. If you want to save the backup to some other location other than the default location used by Backup utility then click over the Browse and specify the new location.
10. Type a name for the backup file.
11. Click over the Next button.
12. A dialog box appears with information regarding backup. Click over the Finish button.
13. A Backup Progress dialog box appears with overall information of backup process.
14. Once backup file is created, click over the Close button.
