Measured in units of pieces of information: the fact is 1024 bytes (characters) are, in fact almost always rounded down to less than 1000. In many cases, as South Korea, South Korea 250 written and 250 kilobytes (250,000 bytes / characters - but not enough, something similar). Please refer to megabytes, gigabytes.
