Thread: Computer Running Slow

Computer has been running slow and it grinds away. I have also defragged the HD and not have been able to bring up anything under “My computer” it won’t respond and I have been not able to access "explorer.exe" from the Run menu. What kind of problem is this please helps me?

Do you have a backup? Microsoft recommends having a backup before making any major changes to your computer. The system restore is not the same as a backup.
