Microsoft Outlook can handle multiple e-mail accounts like your personal or official e-mail accounts. The only problem that arises while configuring an account is the information required to set them up such as the name of the SMTP or POP e-mail servers. To tackle this problem, Outlook 2007 now supports automated account setup that can set up accounts on an Exchange Server with ease. Outlook automatically sets the mail server's configuration for accounts of IMAP and POP3 based servers on your email address. Hence you would only have to enter your email address and password.
