Depending on the size of your paper, first set the size of the document you will work on. In this example we will use a standard A4 size.

1. Click Design from under the table Tools section.

2. Click the border 0dropdown menu.

3. Select a solid style for the border.

4. Select a color.

5. Select the thickness of the border.

6. Select the "All" option from the "Setting" section.

7. Click Ok

8. Click "Insert" tab

9.Select "Picture" from the toolbar.

10. Resize the Image by clicking one of the resizing points and drag~ing till you obtilin the appropriate size.

11. Click anywhere in the space tfiift: follows the image.

12. Type in details like your name, designation, and contact details.

Add contact details like phone numbers; fax numbers and email addresses. Also if a website is available mention it.
