My knowledge is at the user, very basic.... I went on msn and I downloaded the live zillions of times, I upgraded to 7.5 and Live ... I have seen and end to in paragraph k of connections I get: "You connect to the Internet using a device that is not a device or UPnP port restricted NAT (Administrator).

My modem is COM trend Ct-561.

Someone can tell me how to fix it (with simple steps to be explained or do not understand is ok much ...!)
