Copy the path inste'ad of trying to retype it. The appropriate tool for this is built into most Office pro.grams. It is called the 'Web' toolbar. To'display this toolbar, select 'View I Toolbars I Web'. On the toolbar, there is a field to enter Internet addresses. Usually, this field contains the complete path of the current document, including the name of the latest file. You can select this information and transfer it to the clipboard with '[Ctrl]+[C]' or by using the 'Copy' option in the context menu.
