Having turned on full menus in Word 2003 (see Tip 7), you can custornise them so that they contain only the commands you want to see. On the Tools menu, click Customize to display the Customize dialogue box. Although it contains commands for modifYing the menus, it's easier to ignore these and instead drag the conunands from menu to menu interactively. To remove a command, drag it from its menu and drop it.anywhere onto the document area.
If you make a mistake and want to return a menu to its previous condition, click Tools, select Customize and then click Commands. Click on the menu to be restored, and then in the Customize dialogue box, click ModifY Selection, followed by Reset.
