Thread: Picture right

I often send pictures to friends and colleagues in Wor or Powerpoint as it allows me to add captions. Many of these files get very large how do I shrink the files?

Right-click on one of the pictures in Word or Powerpoint and then left-click on Show Picture Toolbar. Click on the Compress Pictures icon. Click on the' All Pictures in
document' and then select 'Web/Screen'. Click on OK and the picture's size will be compressed.
