Back up is duplicate or extra copy of the documents, pictures, songs, etc. This data is stored on removable data storage medium like USB pen drive, CD, DVD, etc. This data is stored so that if there is any theft or damage to the computer we can make use of back up file. So that we won’t loose any information from the computer.
