The Address Book in previous versions of Windows often felt like something of an afterthought, but Vista centralises all your contacts data in a program called Windows Contacts. Open it by going to Start, All Programs and selecting Windows Contacts from the list of applications shown. If you've already been using Windows mail you'll find that some email address details are already shown in Contacts. To add an entry, click on New Contact in the toolbar, fill out the details and click on OK.
