Windows Vista includes the Windows Photo Gallery tool, which takes all the hard work out of organising images using tags. Once you have created a new tag in the task area on the left-hand side, simply drag and drop a picture over to the appropriate tag label and it will automatically be tagged with that word. Better still, you can also select a group of images and drag and drop those to have them all tagged at once.
