Generally the Recycle Bin is a good thing, and Windows allows you to bypass it if you want to (see tip 126). If you really don't want to ever use the Recycle Bin, however, it can be disabled. Right click the bin and select Properties, then choose 'Do not move files to the Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted'. ote that Computeractive does not recommend this tip unless you are an advanced user.
