    Even though the beyond Num Lock trick is a good sign on whether or not the computer is actually frozen, it's still always a good reference to give the computer at least a minute before turning it off.

    Hi

    Try rebooting your computer, after coming up a minute, reboot the computer; it's totally locked and will not recover. Keep in mind that all work being worked on is going to be lost and cannot be improved if the information has not been saved or mechanically saved.
