I am annoying to shift a 5 GB file from my hard drive to a 16 GB memory stick which is empty in Win XP. I also receive the message telling me that the memory stick is already full. Do you have any idea about this problem?

For this kind of problem you can reformat your memory stick by making a use of NTFS, the present (i.e. default) FAT format has a file size with a limit of 4Gig in it.
I have also gone to the computer management, where I had right-clicked the memory sticks and pressed the format option too. In the File System box, there is only FAT32 is available in the system box. Is there something wherein I can change on the stick or in the tool to make the NTFS available in the system box.
