Tools; Internet Options; Programs; Manage Add-Ones; insure Java ActiveX controls are all enabled.

FYI: This path which is showed for the more Java options than going to the Tools; Manage Add-Ones which never gave me the option for enabling an activeX control for Java Platform SE Binary. Once I had stimulated that, the applets also began showing and working. All the other advice regarding the setting of the options under the advanced and security / custom re: allow the java scripts did NOT correct the difficulty until I establish this way to enable the activeX control in it.

Hope that this will help others who are been searching as long as I to find a way to make this work. The clue was that the Firefox and Chrome worked with the java applets fine but IE7 didn't worked at all.
