Default Not running of Task scheduler.

I am running Windows NT 4.0 sp6a with the help of Internet Explorer 6 installed in it. My scheduled task is also not running. I get an error which says "The attempt to retrieve the account information for the particular task has been failed; therefore, the task did not run. There has been either an error has take place, or there is no account information of the existed for the task. The specific error is: 0x8004130f: No account information could be found in the Task Scheduler security database for the task indicating it." I also entered the account information for the demand. Also I have to stay logged on for the task scheduler to make it run? If not, then how do I get the complete account information into the security database?

    Thanks,

Verify the Task Scheduler service is all set for the logon with the Local System Account and Allowing the Service for Interacting with the Desktop.

The task scheduler service which is running in the computer under the system account as well as the box can be easily checked.

The accounts of the database may also be corrupted in the computer. Also make attempt for deleting all the tasks and after it restart the computer and add them back in.

I am having a new machine installed, and I also have setup a new task. When I ran it, it was unsuccessful with the same error. Then I deleted it, and added the same task immediately after deleting it, and it started working fine so possibly there is some early setup which required to be occurring on the first database.
