Thread: Move Autocorrect list

In Word I use the Autocorrect feature for long, oft-repeated, short phrases. Occasionally, I even use it to insert a whole short paragraph of about 20 words.

On my computer I have hundreds of these custom entries but how can I transfer the whole lot to my notebook PC?

Surely I don't have to enter the whole lot again, word by word.

It's certainly possible to copy your entries from one computer to the other, but it may not be easy, particularly if you're not happy delving around inside Windows. Essentially, you need to copy two files from the main computer to the notebook, but bear in mind that any templates and Autocorrect entries you've already set up on the second computer will be overwritten when you copy the files from the first computer.
