Thread: Computer freezes at login

Whenever I start my computer and surf on the Internet the computer hangs on the login page my mouse cursor is able to move but when I go type the password in the login page the system hang I tried changing my keyboard but the issue remain the same can anyone help me out with these problem I would appreciate for your help?

firstly I would like to advice you that enter your safe mode and you will see many options like safe mode work windows in normal mode and even their will be an option like the last known good configuration and click on it. And try again to login your web-page this option will start the computer in the last time you worked successfully on the computer or else try to log into Windows from the safe mode and try to system restore which is another option when your system worked successfully you have just select the date when the system was working perfectly.
Another option is delete all the temporary windows file as well as delete all the cookies and the history by installing software specially designed for deleting all temporary file from the Windows this may truly help you out.
