Thread: Keyboard not functioning

I have purchased a new computer and all the devices are new but I am not able to work with my Keyboard or type anything what is main issue behind this?

Check your keyboard connection cable whether they are being plugged correctly in the purple PS2 slots and not in the green color PS2 slots and if they are connected correctly in the purple slot just remove it out and plug-in back and switch on your computer. And if the problem continues try another keyboard of your friend and check it being operating r not if not the issue is relating to the PS2 slot and fixes it or buy a new USB connectivity keyboard.
