I would like to suggest you that it will depend on your budget how much you can afford to buy a new computer and you have not mentioned your system specification which you are using right now whether P3 or P4 and as you mostly on the Photo Editing software so you should buy at least Intel Core 2 or AMD Athlon 64x2 with almost 1 GB of RAM an even you can try to buy Graphic cards with 128 MB will be enough and you should buy at least 100 GB of hard drive as you can store more DATA or images in it even due to lack of space the system operates very slow and install more upgraded versions of Corel Draw and Photo Shop and even you install a DVD burner which are available at a very cheaper rate the only thing is you have to spend more on the Core 2 processor or else try to buy the Intel Dual core processor which are cheaper as compared to Core 2 processor but if you already have same system only with a single core processor it may not create such difference.
