The first thing that you recommend before starting to play with your bios settings is reading a little guide to some terms and well acquainted with the subject of overclock.

The Sempron 2600 has a rated speed of 1600 so I do not think you get 2600 to 2700 as a real or told you around with normal cooling.

Normal practice would be arriving in 2400 2450 when cooled much stock!
