Thread: PC shutdown after startup

Whenever I try to startup my computer it create a loud sound and shutdown immediately is it hardware problem?

It mostly happens due to the power supply fan so first of all check that the power supply fan is spinning or not if yes check it by inserting a pen or any object to stop the fan and see whether the sound is being affected or not if yes you need to replace the power supply before it goes bad.
It also happens due to the processor fan so open your cabinet or chassis during the system is on and check that the CPU fan is spinning or not if not you need to replace the CPU fan before it damage your processor by overheating or check even your hard drive may be creating the sound while spinning as some create sound while spinning or else run the hard drive test utility to check whether they are ok and backup all your data and replace it
And you need to reinstall the OS and all your applications.
