Thread: Laptop trying to bootup from network adapter

Whenever I try to start my computer it says to press home key to abort RPL
Novell Netware ready firmware v1.00 (940810).and check your cable or else reboot the system

It seems that your laptop is booting up the system from the LAN adapter and is not able to find a boot disc. You just need to enter your BIOS setup and change the boot device priority and select it as the hard drive the first boot device and CD ROM as the second boot device and save the changes by pressing the F10 to save the changes. And if the boot device priority is already set to hard drive then your operating system files are being corrupted ones and you should try to boot with the help of bootable CD and press R to repair the OS most of the times the repair option does not operate or else try to backup your data with Windows recovery console to recover all your data if you can repair your Windows with these you may not loose any data.
