Ordered me to leave here (at work), set - Wireless Keypad & Mouse Logitech Cordless Desktop EX 100.

While the rest were brought. Connect to the computer - and discovered a very strange: the key works perfectly all the buttons (including additional) - except for F1-F12

What advise?

It appears to malfunction. Never heard of that.

In delirium should check the version - if installed software and see if there is a possibility of these buttons to designate their importance.

Software shipped with the disc, complete and it gives updates that you have the latest version.

In the Set Point settings tab the keyboard is missing completely, there is the possibility of setting the buttons for the mouse.

Before I did not use wireless keyboard, only mouse and therefore not very well acquainted with the peculiarities of their work. However, the lack of function keys is very disappointing...
