    Default Raw file system

    Good day.
Recently, I bought your hard drive Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 (200 GB). All as expected: Section 7 does not partition, format, and one section (d put the win 2000. After a while longer to load win. I think, all right.

Format the partition again. Has once again win 2000. Even after some time, repeated the same situation - does not load win. At this time booting: boot BIOS, check video, IDE devices after the black-white mode reaches the "verifying DMI data ..." - And still no sign of life.

I have nothing left to do to format this again.

Done: format has win 2000 - and literally in 3 hours, when you restart, writes that in the first case (file not found). Boot from your old hard drive. And most interestingly, it turned out that Section d: (only the section for 5Gb of 200Gb) - has a file system RAW - even though I formatted it with more than 3 hours ago....

    I have a question:

What are the causes of such behavior, nor why the sect without rhyme or reason from the NTFS "turned into RAW" just a few hours?

All must be premonitory heating disc check the full format rather than quick (again, when you format often seen the maximum heating).

Distributions try to use the license after installing all down to the OS update.
