If you need to reuse a standard table structure several times in your document, you can do it by using table styles or creating a table using the AutoText feature in Word 2003. You can also use the Building Blocks feature of Word 2007. To do so using AutoText in Word 2003 application:

Create a standard table as required.

Select the newly created table.

Press [Alt] + [F3] to add the entry as an auto text item.

Type an appropriate name in the 'Create AutoText' dialog box.

Click 'OK' to save changes.

To use AutoText quickly, type the name of the entry you created, and press [F3].

To do so using Building Blocks in Word 2007, carry out the following steps:
Create a standard table.

Select the newly created table and press [Alt] + [F3] to add the entry as an auto text item.

Type an appropriate name for your entry in the 'Create New Building Block' dialog box.

Select 'Tables' from the 'Gallery' drop-down list.

Click 'OK' to save changes.

To use AutoText quickly, type the name of the entry you created, and press [F3].
