If you are an Orkut user, you will be familiar with the 'Upcoming birthdays' feature that's present on your 'Home' page. This feature displays the friends whose birthdays are around the corner. Here we will be adding these birthdays to your Google Calendar page. To turn on this feature:

Log in to your Orkut account.

Click 'Settings' in the left panel.

Under the 'General' tab, check 'Birthday reminders'.



Click 'Save changes'.

Click 'Home'.

Click the 'View your friends birthdays in Google Calendar' link.

To change various settings in Google Calendar, click the 'Orkut friends birthdays' drop-down list that appears under the 'My Calendar' section on the left pane. Here you can select which color you want to use in order to represent a particular friend. Clicking :Calendar Settings', enables you to change various settings of your calendar.
