If I saw it: HP DVD Writer 300c V7H29, speed: 40x [7056KB / s]. If not, where this information can be found? And then install the chipset driver?

Processor AMD Athlon (tm) XP 3000 + Motherboard ACPI. By the way, if you download a DVD onto the hard disk, everything is almost normal. Maybe the problem in the player? So how best to use the player to view the DVD? Or did the driver update for your motherboard too sure?

Motherboard can not be so companies such as: GB, The Age, Asus, MSI, etc. And about the movie, if your DVD is hanging on a plume with a hard drive, a single device may be a principal and part of another high-speed bus. Or not installed on the motherboard chipset drivers possible in which a device can stand at the beginning of loading, when there is a table of the identified devices, and the regimes they look "PIO, or ata100" And the player is not little confused the line "everything is almost normal." What is this? There is a problem with playing with the screw?

Thank you very much for your assistance. Just I had to install an approximate cause of the problem with the sound and image. If the problem is not with the player and the drivers. I will not take risks.
