Thread: Converting CHM files to PDF

Does anyone know of cheap or free software to convert a CHM file to PDF? CHM files take too long to load. I have a text book in CHM file format. It's around in 200 MB in size, so switching between pages takes a long time and sometimes even locks up my system. Please suggest a simple program which converts CHM to PDF.

Converting it to PDF will not necessarily give you a significant file size reduction, and you may still end up with a large file. On Linux, there is a simple Tool called chm2pdf. You give it the file name and it spews out a close-to-perfect PDF.
