If web pages appear without any pictures, check that they have not accidentally been disabled. In Internet Explorer, click on Tools, followed by Internet Options, and move to the Advanced tab.

In the Multimedia section, make sure that the 'Show pictures' option is ticked. If this does not help, move to the General tab and click on the Delete button before clicking on the top 'Delete files' button to delete the temporary internet files. If using Firefox, click on Tools followed by Options, move to the Content section and make sure that the option labelled 'Load image automatically' is ticked.
