Default Not store any deleted file in Recycle Bin

I have a problem with my PC. Whenever I delete any of my files it does not move into Recycle Bin but gets deleted permanently. I have scanned my PC with Norton 360 v2 (fully updated) and it did not find any viruses. What should I do? Thanks in advance.

Your Recycle Bin has been configured to directly delete files instead of placing it in the Recycle Bin. To undo these changes, right-click on the Recycle Bin on your desktop and select 'Properties', Unselect the option 'Do not move files to the Recycle Bin, Remove files immediately when deleted'. Your Recycle Bin will be functioning back to normal.
