The BIOS is the initial program that comes on your PC. The BIOS conduct a test to make sure that your hardware and software are working correctly and then loads your PC’s OS. Users may require to access the BIOS on their previous IBM ThinkPad PC in order to configure the introduce order, change the date and time, or alter the power-saving choices.

Instructions

Step1

Close down your IBM ThinkPad.

Step2

Start your IBM ThinkPad.

Step3

Press "Ctrl"-"Alt"-"Ins" when the cursor comes in the upper right corner of screen.

Step4

Do again Steps 1 and 2 and then hold the "F1" key while powering up the notebook if Step 3 does not start.

Step5

Do again Steps 1 and 2 and then press "Ctrl"-"ALT"-"F11" when the cursor comes in the upper right corner of the screen if Step 4 not starting.
