My computer start regularly then show the waiting screen for hours and never turn on. But I start safe mode it turn quickly. I have deleted all programs I don’t have lately installed. Please help me to solve this problem.

You check If you’re Graphic card is plugged well. If this cannot help you, you can try to kill Virus; maybe there are some Viruses in your computer.
