Thread: Turns on then off quickly

My sister was checked email in my laptop and gave it back to me. After some time my laptop shutdown. I think she might have killed the battery. but when i turned it back on it said I have 87% battery left. so I figured maybe it overheated. Then it turned off again. So I turned it back on but this time I didn’t even get to the login screen and it turned off again. Please help me to solve this problem.

It is overheating. Check the cooling fan Intake to make sure nothing is blocking it. The fan its self may be damaged.
