Thread: Kindle stops while working

I purchased kindle eBook reader and it work appropriately for one month. But now it started freezing. I didn't know why this is happening. So please provide me some suggestions to solve this problem.

For this try hard reset with soft reset to kindle. For soft reset, use Alt-Shift-R keys. Conversely for hard reset take cover off the back and try to put in paperclip in small hole.
